Lovely staff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with King size beds and a bathtub and a lovely terrace. Breakfast offered eggs, fruit and cereal. I found snacks in the lobby. Loved this hotel, had excellent experience.

Brilliant service, excellent value for money. We liked the cheerful staff and cozy room. Cozy beds, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and iron/ironing board in the room. The hotel had an amazing bar and a pleasant restaurant.

This place was fairly quiet and the staff was personable. Room was not only impeccable, but updated too, and had climate control and iron & ironing board. The pool was heated, good after a tiring day. Amazing stay.

The hotel was pretty clean, and we liked an exquisite location. Easy access to Don Miguel Hidalgo airport, within 12 miles. We had superb breakfast plus outstanding service.

Classic style of the hotel building, superb staff. It is equipped with bathtubs, which is a bonus. Fairly clean venue and attentive service.

the breakfast was excellent and the room was lovely. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved centro district.

The room is very clean and the staff are attentive! As picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to a wide array of restaurants, went to La Alemana couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

We enjoyed this hotel. 35 minutes' drive to the airport. 500 feet away there is Santa Martha Restaurant;)))

A quick 15-minute walk is needed to reach guadalajara cathedral. We appreciated rooms and staff here.
